CRM Manager

Description: Aspire is seeking a highly analytical and motivated individual to serve in a database administrator role as our full-time CRM Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic team of seven fundraising professionals as you promote Aspire’s mission to support the successes of children and adults with developmental disabilities, strengthen their families and build embracing communities. Reporting to the Director for Advancement, the CRM Manager is an essential member of Aspire’s Advancement team. This position is responsible for configuration, implementation and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM database in support of fundraising, partner engagement and volunteer activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Three or more years of fundraising and/or other CRM software experience in a database management and administration role with database customization experience preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Office 365 a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, including use of macros and formulas, etc). Ability to manage confidential information, multiple priorities and competing deadlines plus maintain an attention to detail. Proven experience utilizing analytical and strong problem solving skills. Ability to collaborate across teams with strong interpersonal skills. High level of typing accuracy and speed; a strong knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation

This role will have the opportunity to: Work with a dynamic team of professionals to provide multifaceted person-centered services. Act as an advocate for the individual in communicating their needs, self-expression and goals. Encourage attitudes and behaviors that foster community inclusion. Serve as a liaison to family members, guardians and the community. Ensure individual’s rights are observed at all times; ensures that individual’s safety and well-being are protected at all times.

Qualifications: High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Social Services or related field preferred. 2 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Valid Illinois Driver’s License with good driving record. Minimum 23 years of age. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to write reports. Ability to maintain confidential information. Ability to deal tactfully, engaging, and courteously with participants, employees at all levels, families, and the general public.

Personal Assistant (L.E.)

Description: Aspire is seeking a motivated and goal orientated individual to serve as a Personal Assistant within the Life Enrichment Team. This individual will support each participant in their day-to-day activities so that meaningful learning experiences and skill development can be realized. In collaboration with the Life Enrichment Team the Personal Assistant will assure a safe and stimulating environment where each person is encouraged to communicating their needs, self-expression and goals

Life Consultant: Case Manager (QIDP)

Description: In partnership with adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, their family and friends, Aspire team members and other members of the Community Support Teams (CST), ensure all aspects of each individual’s program are implemented, coordinated, and monitored to meet quality expectations and regulatory requirements. Communicate and work closely with each person’s interdisciplinary team in order to have seamless service delivery that results in positive outcomes for the person with the highest level of proactive customer service.

Life on My Own Life Consultant: Case Manager

Description: In partnership with participants, families, and others invested in the individual develop and encourage all aspects of each person’s plan to transition to living on their own.  Assure a safe and comfortable home environment where each person can be motivated to achieve all of his/her goals toward independence. Conduct meetings and check-ins with participants while maintaining proper documentation to help with participant growth and independence.

Life Enrichment Facilitator

Description: Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team and community partners to develop and implement curricula designed to enhance learning experiences for adults with intellectual disabilities in areas that include science discovery, art exploration, music/dance expression and more. If you want to be part of someone discovering their purpose and talents the Life Enrichment Facilitator would be a great fit. Develop and implement syllabus, lesson plans, and teaching materials for subject area(s). Provide supervision and work together with Personal Assistants/Director Support Professionals in the classroom. Provide input and engage in a larger Aspire team that empowers each person we serve through person centered planning.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work or related field plus 2 years’ experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities. Valid Illinois Driver’s License with good driving record. Ability to obtain and maintain PACE certification. Minimum 23 years of age. Under the direction of the Associate Director of Careers, the Career Specialist collaborates with an integrated training and employment team to prepare individuals for job placement and provides supports that promote retention. Career Specialists also assist in the execution of inclusive employment consulting engagements under the direction of the Career Placement Manager, working with employers to build embracing and inclusive environments.
