Life Consultant: Case Manager (QIDP)

Description: In partnership with adults with intellectual and other developmental disabilities, their family and friends, Aspire team members and other members of the Community Support Teams (CST), ensure all aspects of each individual’s program are implemented, coordinated, and monitored to meet quality expectations and regulatory requirements. Communicate and work closely with each person’s interdisciplinary team in order to have seamless service delivery that results in positive outcomes for the person with the highest level of proactive customer service.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field plus one-year experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities, Masters preferred. QIDP Illinois state certified or eligible. Valid Driver’s License with good driving record. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to write reports and routine business correspondence. Working knowledge of PC operations and software. Some knowledge of the methods and practices of sound records management; ability to prepare and maintain records. Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator

Description: Aspire is looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to build relationships and manage Aspire’s volunteer program. If you’re excited by the idea of organizing and running events of 1-100 volunteers, can strike up a conversation with just about anyone and get it all done with a big smile, you’re half way to the perfect candidate! In this position, you’ll also update processes and launch a new online volunteer application. You’ll collect and enter data, update volunteer records and create reports from our CRM database. Often, communication and details fly over email and via phone.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in related field. Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience (including internships), ideally in marketing, communications, event planning, development or human resources. Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Strong organizational, time management, project management skills.

Associate Director of Maintenance

Description: The position is responsible for leading the overall Maintenance and Logistics function which includes maintenance of over 20 properties and supporting the operational growth of the company. This role provides strategic input toward the direction of the maintenance organization in meeting functional and company objectives. The main duties are listed below, but include an overarching responsibility to ensure the company and all Maintenance staff adhere to best practices associated with preventive and routine maintenance related to all facility assets.

Qualifications: Strongly prefer Bachelors or Associates degree in engineering, project management, business management or 20 years of comparable experience. Strongly preferred a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience with maintenance operations and minimum of 5 years of information technology experience.

Behavior Therapist

Description: Aspire is looking for a Behavior Therapist to write and maintain individual behavior enrichment programs based upon the individual’s needs and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for adults with Intellectual Disabilities in the home and day programming setting and to provide clinical skills training and team member consultations for consistent application of behavior reduction protocols that enhance the individual’s communication and skill set.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred. 1 years experience working with individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities preferred. Current certification or ability to meet certification requirements for a Level 2 Behavior Therapist by the Department of Human Services.
