Intake Coordinator

Enterprise: Kids

Description: Aspire is seeking a motivated and goal orientated individual to serve as the initial point of contact for families referred to Aspire Kids’ therapy program; to coordinate and complete intake/scheduling functions for all new and current clients.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in social service or related field. Experience using Raintree Systems, Inc. or other electronic medical record preferred, but not required. Knowledge of Illinois’ Early Intervention program highly preferred, but not required. Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from families, employees, and the general public. Ability to maintain confidential information.
