Business professionals and civic leaders who are committed to broadening Aspire’s connections and partnerships make up the group of Aspire’s Executive Steering Council, and we are always looking for more people who can offer innovative ideas, practices and processes to support this effort. Executive Steering Council meets one to two times per year and also make themselves available via phone and email. It’s this untraditional way of approaching philanthropic enterprises that Aspire has built lasting relationships with NBC Chicago, Office Depot, Walgreens and WTTW. For information about becoming an Aspire Executive Steering Council member, please contact John McIlwain, Vice President for Advancement, at (708) 547-3550 extension 3562 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We hope you join in with volunteer opportunities that range from activities with Aspire participants to helping out around Aspire’s many locations to being part of special events to serving on a committee.

After careful consideration for the children and families we currently support, Aspire’s pediatric therapy services will end on May 31, 2019.
While we will not continue as a direct provider of therapy services, our commitment to children with disabilities remains strong. We will continue to expand our Inclusion Consulting services, helping schools, community and recreational organizations better include children of all abilities.
If you are interested in learning more about the many ways we plan on continuing to support children of all abilities and their families, visit our Inclusion Consulting page.
