What’s your biggest challenge – or opportunity? Attracting and maintaining the top talent. Many believe that people who work in nonprofits are complacent and have low business acumen. Aspire is different. We are innovators, creators and students.
What is your favorite Twitter or Instagram account to follow? @49ers, I love watching football and became interested in the team after Jim Harbaugh became the coach, since we both hail from the University of Michigan. Now that Harbaugh is back at Michigan, I still follow @49ers but I have space to cheer on the Bears as well.
What does partnership mean to you? It’s a win-win!
