CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:
REGISTER ONLINE:
PILATES MATWORK – this class focuses on basic
principles of pilates, getting acquainted with essential movements and
learning proper biomechanics while incorporating fundamental matwork exercises
to strengthen your core. Good for all levels, especially those seeking
an introduction to pilates matwork, but also those who want to connect
and take their time.
PILATES MATWORK WITH PROPS – this class will
evolve over time starting with traditional Pilates Matwork to strengthen
your core, improve posture, balance and flexibility and then adding a new "theme" or
prop week-to-week to provide added challenge, resistance and assistance
such as: the ring, foam roller, theraband, free weights, sandballs.
PRE/POST NATAL MATWORK – this class is specifically
designed for pregnant and post natal women. Pilates exercises focus on
safely strengthening the core and pelvic floor, as well as the upper and
lower body using the ball, weights and other small pilates props.
PILATES + BARRE FUSION – this class combines
pilates exercises with a barre workout to help you achieve the best body
possible. It will promise to burn fat and slim your hips and waistline.
Get ready to develop the body you have always wanted! Good for all levels.
PILATES + FREE WEIGHTS – this class will include
heavy repititions of pilates and free weight training to strengthen the
core, and tone the arms, legs and buttocks.
ABS AND BUM – what do we all want to tone and
lift? Yes, our abs and bums. Prepare for 45 minutes of a love/hate class
that targets the abs and bum with challenging exercises and use of props
to give attention to these hot spots.
ZUMBA® – a fun, high-energy fitness class
that combines popular music with calorie-burning dance moves. Expect to
sweat, shake it and have a blast. Good for all levels.
TRAMPILATES BOOTCAMP – apply your pilates learnings in
this intense, high-energy, upbeat, workout on individual mini-trampolines
using small props which will work your entire body. Class begins with pure
cardio to fun music, then into weight training, plyometrics, squats, planks
and more. Basic balance and coordination needed. Another class that will
make you sweat (and better than the gym!) Good for all levels.
QI GONG – is a series of exercises developed
in China and performed to calm the mind while invigorating the body. Learn
to gather qi (energy) in this class and feel better!
PILATES FOR MEN – pilates mat class designed
to build core strength, balance overall body strength, lengthen muscles,
improve flexibility and target goals and issues specific to men.
SUNRISE YOGILATES – whether it is first thing in
the morning, or over lunch, enjoy this pilates matwork class which fuses
yoga into your pilates practice and day. Strengthen your core and tone
your body while also focusing on breath, movement and relaxation.
BY APPOINTMENT:
REFORMER/EXO-CHAIR CIRCUIT CLASS – challenge
yourself with a Reformer and EXO-Chair Circuit Class. Half the class spent
on one piece of equipment, then students will switch. EXO-Chair includes
tubing/springs which provides comparable resistance to Reformer apparatus
and a variety of exercises.
DUET COMBOLATES – add variety to your week with
this class which uses the Cadillac, EXO Chair, Tower, matwork and stepbarrel
for a great circuit class on the large equipment. You no longer need to
wonder what that large Cadillac machine does for you! Wonderful compliment
to your Reformer and Group Exercise Classes. Exercises tailored to the
level of your duet. Maximum of two (2) students allowed for specific one-on-one
instruction.
DUET REFORMER – experience a total body workout
on the elegant reformer machine. The reformer offers resistance and assistance
to pilates exercises, and helps to lengthen/tone, improve alignment, flexibility
and core strength. Exercises tailored to the level of your duet. Maximum
of two (2) students allowed for specific one-on-one instruction.
DUET REFORMER JUMPBOARD CARDIO – experience cardio
intervals on the jumpboard to increase the heart rate and burn more calories,
along with exercises in-between to work your legs, abdominals, inner/outer
thighs, spine, full body, arms, obliques, back and more.
PRE/POST NATAL REFORMER – this reformer class
is specifically designed for pregnant and post natal women. You do not
have to give up your reformer practice while pregnant (or post-natal).

Cancellation policy: Please try to cancel at
least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid any
